COVID-19: Readiness and crisis management

THEMA is monitoring the spread of COVID-19 at international and local level and since the situation in Italy and Southern Switzerland has worsened in the last week of February, we have activated our business continuity plans.

Our priorities are to ensure the safety of our teams and their families and to provide the continuity of the services to our clients.

Our current major measures include self-isolation and remote working for the entire staff (with very limited exceptions), general ban on visits and travel and advice provided to staff on ways to mitigate the risk of infection. Our measures will be adapted based on the evolving of the situation and recommendations from the authorities.

Our team is fully operational and we are confident of maintaining our normal service levels. However, should you notice any unforeseen disruption please contact your account manager or the support team as soon as possible.
